      Shipping policy

      How Long Shipping Takes? 

      Our mission is to provide you with the shipping option, no matter where you live.  Every day we respond to our customers around the word to guarantee that highest level of quality of service at all times.

      The delivery time period is split into two separate parts.

      Processing Time:

      • Order validation, tailoring, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Most of our products are made to order and usually take 1-3 days to make. Your order is shipped this time.

       Shipping time:

      • This refers to the time it takes for things to be delivered from our store to the destination.
      • U.S orders are shipped via E-Packet, which is a U.S Postal Service Product Items usually take between 7 to 14 days to arrive at the destination after processing and leaving the warehouse but may take longer from time to time.
      • International delivery usually takes about 15 to 30 business days.
      • Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. 

        If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at store@storeliving.co 

       If your order hasn’t arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries). 

       Note: Most of the product offered by MyStoreLiving have a Standard Shipping change of $4.95 in the United States and $9.95 International.

       Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog as well as the current COVID-19 situation, shipping times may take longer than usually.

      MyStoreLiving successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world! 

       Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone. For more questions.
