Return Policy
- If you want to return a product, either for a refund or exchange, you must first contact our customer service department at storelivingco@gmail.com
- One of our experts will be answering you within 24 to 48 hours to help you. It is important that all the conditions are met:
- If your package did not arrive on time, write to us. We help you!
- Please do not send us any items until you have completed a Return Request and there is a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an 'RA Number' will not be processed.
- Any returns must be in resale condition and in their original packaging.
- A refund cannot be accepted if we have shipped the correct product to the customer in good condition, and as described on the product page.
- Once we approve your return, we will send you the details of where to send your order and what happens next.
- When we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process your request. and issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you requested an exchange to confirm the product you want.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date (see our refund policy here).
- We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.
- We also need a tracking number for returns. Please, when you return, send us the tracking number of the package.
Customers must cover the cost of returning any item to us:
For non-defective items and items that are 100% received, we charge a 10% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 10% restocking fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
